Gulf-hydraulics FZE. incorporates several chemical cleaning methods to remove high temperature oxides and iron contaminators resulted from hot foaming, heat treatments and welding, without damaging the original surface finish. Chemical cleaning/pickling removes impurities, stains or scale with a proprietary solution.
We also undertake On-Site work at your facility for huge components which are difficult to transport or pre-installed which cannot be removed and re-installed.

Mechanical removal leaves abrasive material embedded in the surface and in some applications mechanical polishing may be impractical. In such cases localized pickling pastes are used to treat selected areas such as welds.
